Shipping & Returns
We offer shipping at several locations all over India. We have collaborated with top logistics companies to handle orders as efficiently as possible and to guarantee quick and safe delivery to our customers.
In case, the customer is not reachable, and they do not accept delivery of the orders, we retain the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion. Following such cancellation, any money to be reimbursed or refunded won't be processed until the shipping and delivery costs have been deducted.
Furthermore, the customers shall acknowledge and agree that upon receiving any orders, the title to those goods passes onto them thereof.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders above the total order value of INR 1500/-. For orders (both prepaid and otherwise, cash on delivery) with a total amount less than INR 1500/-, we charge a nominal fee up to INR 100/- towards shipping and handling charges.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Our warehouse dispatches orders throughout the week from Monday to Friday. Once the purchase has been made, the order is dispatched within 3-5 working days and their respective tracking details will be sent in due course, for the customer to track their package. Please note that delivery may vary depending on your location.
How do I tell if an item is returnable?
We do not offer exchanges or a refund. Unless the product arrived in a damaged or defective condition, products are not eligible for return. However, if it does, the customer has to initiate a return within 2 days of receiving the product. If used, products will not be eligible for return. Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are also not eligible for return.
How do I return an item?

We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 3-4 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well before sending it across. Kindly ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and barcodes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in an acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will unfortunately not be accepted and would be returned back to you (Delivery charges applicable).
What about the refundable amount?
Only for prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval of the refund.
Finally, please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund.
How long will it take to process my return?
It usually takes 15-20 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
Can I place an exchange request?
We do not do exchanges. You will receive a refund for your returned order and can place a new order request for the product(s) you wish for.
